What shows up on your calendar
One event per hearing, with the client and A-number in the title, the court and the judge in the body, and two reminders. Times are the court’s own.

- If the court moves a hearing, the event moves with it. Same event, same reminders, without duplicates.
- Cancelled
- Off the EOIR schedule, so off your calendar. Kept in Schedule changes.

We never see your EOIR password.
You sign in yourself, as always. The extension reads the page you are already on.
Nothing in EOIR is ever changed.

It puts your EOIR hearings on your Google or Outlook calendar. You sign in to EOIR, click Import and Sync, and Clerq reads your hearing dates and adds each one with a reminder. Run it again to pull new hearings and reschedules.
Your calendar updates each time you run a sync, not on its own in the background. Sign in to EOIR and click Import and Sync whenever you want the latest, many firms do it at the start of the day, and it pulls any new hearings and reschedules.
The browser extension reads the hearing dates inside your own logged-in EOIR session. Clerq never signs in for you and never receives your EOIR login. It only reads, it never files, edits, or clicks anything.

It keeps your hearings and reschedules on your calendar with reminders, so a date change is much less likely to slip past you. A missed hearing can mean a removal order in absentia, so use it alongside checking your docket, not instead of it.
